Since 2011, it has been awarded as a national high-tech enterprise for ten consecutive years. The company's headquarters and R&D centre are located in Shenzhen, with an acoustic laboratory in Songshan Lake, Dongguan, and new material manufacturing bases in Shenzhen and Heyuan. It also has branches in Beijing, Shanghai and Chengdu.

Clocell currently holds dozens of patents for new materials, processes and technologies, as well as an ISO-compliant acoustic laboratory (including a reverberation chamber, airborne sound insulation and impact sound insulation laboratories), and can provide clients with laboratory and on-site acoustic testing and assessment consultancy services.

Major clients include property developers such as Vanke, Greentown and Country Garden; industrial manufacturers such as Huawei, LG Korea, Foxconn and Wanxiang Bus, as well as hotels and clubs such as Marriott, Intercontinental and Sheraton.

Shenzhen Headquarters

Clocell’headquarters is located in Room 402C, Building B3, North Zone, OCT Creative Culture Park, Nanshan District, Shenzhen.
The park formerly known as the "Three Comes, One Supplements" industrial building introduced in Shenzhen in the 1980s, covering an area of approximately 150,000 square metres, with a construction area of over 200,000 square metres, divided into two zones, North and South. After years of operation, the park has attracted around 300 cultural, creative and design-related institutions and enterprises.

Heyuan Production Base

The Shenzhen Nanshan Heyuan City Hi-tech Zone Co-Construction Industrial Park is the first true enclave industrial park in ten jurisdictions in Shenzhen, serving registered entities in the Nanshan District.
In August 2020, Clocell Acoustic signed an investment framework agreement with Shenzhen Huitong Company and moved into Nanshan Park Building 2 and 3, which will be built into the European Innovation Industry Centre and Loxa Acoustics New Material Production Base respectively.

Acoustic Laboratory

In 2013, Clocell reached an agreement with Vanke to jointly build the Vanke - Clocell Acoustic Joint Acoustics Laboratory, which was designed and operated by Clocell Acoustic. The laboratory was completed and opened in 2014, providing testing services to Vanke and its supporting units, as well as various manufacturers and suppliers in the market. In addition, it has established close technical cooperation and exchange relationships with the internationally leading Danish acoustic industry.
The laboratory is located in the picturesque Songshan Lake National Science and Technology Industrial Park - Dongguan Vanke Construction and Research Base, and is an acoustic laboratory designed and built according to international standards. It includes a standard reverberation room, an air and impact insulation laboratory with a common reverberation room, a material physical properties laboratory and a new product and technology exhibition centre.
